Harris Theater for Music and Dance

All events are free and seating is general admission, but tickets for indoor events must be reserved in advance at the venue’s box office. 

Advance tickets for the programs at the Harris Theater are no longer available.  

Standby tickets are available—in-person only—outside Harris Theater on Upper Randolph on the day of the performance, one hour prior to performance start time.

Note: Seating is General Admission. 

Any empty seats or tickets unclaimed at 15 minutes prior to curtain time will be released to those in a stand-by line.

The week of free Chicago Dancing Festival performances continues at the Harris Theater with a program of dance featuring works created by both modern and master choreographers.  Continuing its tradition of creating new work, the Festival also presents the World Premiere of In The Meantime, a new tap and percussive dance piece by Chicago Human Rhythm Project featuring members of Ensemble Español and Trinity Irish Dance, commissioned just for Chicago Dancing Festival 2015.
